Create 3-5 content slides that explain the components and characteristics of good news, bad news, and routine request messages, and how to deliver them effectively in written style. Provide 1 example for each message. Add these slides to what you did for the Phase 2 IP. Incorporate the two; don't just add these slides on to the end. The Phase 3 IP should have a title slide, intro slide, key points slides, "messages" slides, a conclusion, and a reference slide. The usual PowerPoint rules apply; make sure each slide has at least detailed explanation in the notes. Two sources are a CTUO requirement; put the citations in the notes, and the references at the end on a References slide.
